RUBIK TRICK!

1 & 2. You need a gimmick Rubik. This is the first 3 sides and the other 3 sides. Notice the other 3 sides, 1 side is messed up. That’s the gimmick! See pictures below. Whatever combinations you want doesn’t matter, as long as you know how to solve it back when messing it up.

  
3. This is my messed up Rubik. See pictures below.

4. What you’ll do is solve it back. But while you’re doing it make sure that you’re only showing the gimmick part, in that case they wouldn’t know that other 5 sides are already solved. Then act like you can’t solve it anymore. Show them only the gimmick part that would appear like it's still messed-up.

5 & 6. Then throw the Rubik in your other hand. Make sure that you know where the gimmick part is and you know how to catch it right. Don't worry about the gimmick part if you catch it perfectly they wouldn't remember it anymore and then show them the five sides only. TIP: [this trick performs best when you have someone with you to exchange it with a Non-Gimmick Rubik after you hand it over to the spectator].
